The Lionesses hide their cubs from Notch's boys

You can see that this female is breast feeding, and we think it is the one that lost the cub. There are not two lionesses who are together, both of them breast feeding.

It seems that they have decided to hide their cubs on a top of a nearby hill, away from any more attacks. Soon after we spotted them they went to ambush some nearby zebras. I hope they are successful as they are looking hungry.

who is the father of the cubs? why the notch boys not be the pride's leaders?

The Father of the cubs is most likely to be the male of the pride - the male with the broken tooth. If the Notch boys were to become the pride's leaders, which may very well happen, they will probably kill all the young.
